Pull the batteries first

We don’t accept batteries. Shipping them is a serious hazard, especially loose batteries in extreme heat. Removal is easy, and the S23 series even has a pull tab. If your team hasn’t done it before, we’ll walk them through it over Zoom. Many Home Depot and Lowe’s stores recycle batteries.

  3. Pack and ship using our packing instructions.
  4. Track your orders from your account.
  5. Get your test results and purchase order.
  6. Get paid immediately after testing.

Testing

We test screens within three business days of receipt. A box we receive Friday has results no later than the following Wednesday. Results come with a detailed purchase order. We pay immediately after testing.

Getting paid

We pay immediately after testing by Zelle, direct deposit/ACH, Cash App or Venmo, or wire transfer for amounts over $2,500.

How to pack Samsung OLEDs

  • Put every screen in the protective packaging wholesalers use.
  • Ship in at least a medium box (for example 12x12x12 inches).
  • Stuff bubble wrap into empty space so screens don’t shift.
