No batteries, ever

We don’t accept batteries. Loose batteries in a hot truck are a real hazard. Many Home Depot and Lowe’s stores recycle batteries. If your techs need help with removal, we’re happy to walk them through it over Zoom.

Every screen is tested within three business days of receipt. You get the results with a detailed purchase order so you can see what each iPhone screen graded. We pay immediately after testing.

Packing iPhone screens

  • Use the protective packaging wholesalers ship screens in.
  • Use at least a medium box (for example 12x12x12 inches).
  • Fill empty space with bubble wrap so screens don’t shift.
