Batteries are a hazard to ship, a very serious hazard - especially loose batteries in extreme heat. We don't want these minor explosives in the back of UPS trucks.

Many Home Depot and Lowe's stores recycle batteries.  Use this locator to find one near you.  Whatever you do, please don't send them to us.

Battery Removal is Easy

If you don't know how to remove them, we are happy to walk you and your team members through the process over Zoom. The S23 Series even has a convenient pull tab for easy removal:

How to Pack Screens

1. Place all LCDs and OLEDs in the protective packaging used by wholesalers.

2. Use at least a medium (for instance, 12x12x12 inches) or larger shipping box.

3. If possible, stuff bubble wrap into empty spaces to prevent shifting inside the box.
