Your AI Agent will be implemented in three phases:

1. Testing

2. Forward unanswered calls (after 3 rings, for instance)

3. Publish to Google, Socials, etc.

1. Testing

After you fill out this questionnaire, we’ll create a beta version (a rough draft) of the agent:

You will need to place at least 3 calls (and as many as you’d like) pretending to be a customer calling the store.  Use the most common repair scenarios.

We’ll analyze the calls to determine things like:

  • Missing information
  • Features needed
  • When to escalate calls to the store*

*Please instruct your team to answer calls coming from the AI phone number when possible!

 

2. Forward unanswered calls (after 3 rings, for instance)

In phase two, we’ll forward unanswered calls to the AI (we recommend forwarding after 20 seconds or 3 rings):

We’ll analyze those calls for ways to further improve.  We may need to ask you lots of questions for a couple weeks. 

 

3. Publish to Google, Socials, etc.

Finally, you’ll publish the AI phone number to Google, Facebook, etc.:
